Nuts About Blogging

Blogging / Site Logging HELP !?!?!?!?

Does anyone have reccomendations this site would be best for me Journal / Blog? I wish also add pictures and video. I want to make it available for others to read (or watch) and if I have to pay a lil is very well too. Any suggestions out there? Thank you in advance!
