How do I export my messages to another blog under the same account?
When you want to move from IncrediMail to another email program, you discover a good reason to switch is at the same time a reason not to go: IncrediMail offers you do not export email to a common format that will allow you import your valuable messages for the customer e-mail.

Fortunately there are tools to retrieve your emails from Incredimail, and among them IncrediConvert Incredimail Backup Pro.
To save IncrediMail mail EML files, which you can import into the programs of other e-mail with Incredimail Backup PRO (see below for a free alternative):

Incredimail Backup PRO * Launch.
* Make sure your IncrediMail accounts is selected.
* Click on Extract to EML.
* Highlight the desired identity IncrediMail.
* Click on Next – >. blogging, blogger, blogspot, make money blogging
* Optionally, uncheck all the file that you do not want to export.
* Click on Next ->.
* Highlight your desktop.
* Click on Next -> new.
* Incredimail Backup PRO Close.
* Open the [Date] – EML Incredimail – [Identity] folder on your desktop.
* For each file inside:
o Open the file with a double click.
o Press Ctrl-A to select all. eml files.
o Drag and drop them in folder in Windows Mail or Outlook Express you want to import.
(Make sure you drop. Eml the folder in Windows Mail or Outlook Express and not the folder in Windows Explorer when Windows Mail or Outlook Express keeps mail on your hard drive.)
Mail export Use IncrediMail IncrediConvert
IncrediConvert is free, but it can not work with all versions of IncrediMail.
To import mails from Incredimail in another mail program with IncrediConvert:

* Create a backup of your data IncrediMail.
* Launch IncrediConvert.
* IncrediConvert automatically selects default IncrediMail Identity and all folders except Deleted Items.
o To convert mail from another identity, choose their path in IncrediMail Identities Data in the left tree.
o Make sure to deselect all files empty. When you try to export messages from the empty folders, IncrediConvert can stall.
* Click on the button bar export.
* Highlight Desktop under Select output folder ..
* Click on Create a new folder.
* Type "mail exported.
Back Hit *.
Click OK.
* Click on Open Folder.
* For each file inside exported mail:
o Open the folder by double-clicking it.
o Press Ctrl-A to select all. eml files.
No Drag and drop them in the folder in Outlook Express you want to import.
(Make sure you drop files. Eml the folder in Outlook Express (with Open Outlook Express), and not the folder in Windows Explorer where Outlook Express keeps mail on your hard drive.)
Exporting Emails with IncrediMail other email
If you want to import your messages into a mail program other than Windows Mail or Outlook Express, use the import program to import from Windows Mail or Outlook Express.
