What would be the best way to establish a system for 300 intermediate students to be able to make a daily reflection blige?

I'm putting up reflective blogging for 300 Middle School Students. There are several sites that charge significant costs. I prefer not to ask students to email, just a place where they can go every day and reflect. I would also be able to monitor these blogs. Any ideas?
